1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).

Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
Please note that items purchased during promotional events or marked as clearance/final sale may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

Securely package the item and return it using a trackable shipping service. We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

In these situations, Ovenave will cover reasonable return shipping expenses.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
